All purchases are sent via Australia Post using standard or express shipping and calculated at checkout. International purchases are sent via International Airmail . Multiple purchases are also combined for you at checkout.
Shipping is FREE for all purchases of $100.00 and on our Tree Free Greeting Cards.
Usual delivery estimates are 2-5 days for Domestic . Perth may extend up to 10 days. International estimates are between 7- 10 days.
Anargento takes no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged through Australia Post or that are sent to incorrect addresses. Please pay particular attention in providing the correct information at checkout.
Your order will be dispatched on receipt of payment, on the same business day if purchased before 3PM EST. Purchases made on weekends, public holidays and after 3PM will be dispatched on the next business day.
Customer service will email notification when your purchase has been dispatched or you may check the status in your account.
We want are customers to be happy with their purchase and the service we provide and will gladly exchange goods if returned within a 14 day period from time of sale. Goods must be sent at the expense of the customer, in it`s original packaging, unused, unworn and in perfect condition, with the original receipt please. Anargento will not authorize an exchange if the above terms are not met.
Please email customer service to authorize your exchange before returning your purchase, within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless an error was made by Anargento, in which we will incur the expense.
Due to the Health & Hygiene regulations and in an effort to protect the health of our customers, earrings and body jewellery are unable to be exchanged or refunded.
